ONE FRAME, THREE LENSES

The LITEZ Lens System

The right lens for the right time of day — one frame, three lenses. Swap the lens, not the glasses.

Day Lens
Morning → afternoon
Day Lens

For daytime screen work, emails, meetings, and normal indoor use.

Focus Lens
Late afternoon → evening
Focus Lens

For long work blocks, deep work, and heavier screen exposure.

Night Lens
The last hour before bed
Night Lens

For evening routines, dim lighting, phones, TVs, and winding down before bed.

One lens isn't enough for a full screen day. That's why LITEZ gives you three.

THE LITEZ DIFFERENCE

Work hard. Wind down harder.

Wear LITEZ during long screen sessions to reduce harsh light exposure and keep your eyes from feeling cooked by the end of the day. Then switch to your Night Lens in the evening for a warmer, calmer light environment before bed. Because better screen habits shouldn't require quitting screens.

1

Reduce Screen Strain

Hours of laptops, phones, monitors, and artificial lighting can leave your eyes tired, dry, blurry, and overstimulated. LITEZ softens harsh screen light so long work sessions feel easier on your eyes.

2

Support Your Circadian Rhythm

Your body uses light as a signal. Bright artificial light late at night makes it harder to shift from work mode into rest mode. The LITEZ Night Lens reduces exposure to harsh short-wavelength light in the evening, supporting a better nighttime routine.

3

Wind Down Easier

Your brain wasn't designed to stare into glowing rectangles until the second you fall asleep. Warmer lenses at night make your environment feel less sharp, less bright, and less stimulating — an easier transition from screens to sleep.

4

Feel Calmer at Night

Light affects how your environment feels. Cold, bright light keeps your space feeling active; warmer, filtered light makes it feel calmer. LITEZ turns your nighttime screen setup into something softer, warmer, and easier to relax into.

THE SCIENCE, HONESTLY

How LITEZ actually works

Blue light won't damage your eyes — but glare tires them by day, and blue light at night wrecks your wind-down. LITEZ handles both, with the right tint for the right time.

☀️
Glare by day → less fatigue

All-day screens flood your eyes with glare and blue light. The Day and Focus tints cut it, so your eyes aren't dry, heavy, and fried by 5pm.

🌙
Dark by night → better sleep

After sunset, blue and green light suppress melatonin — the hormone that makes you sleepy. The Night lens blocks it, so late screens don't cost you sleep.

Day · yellow
~90% blue

Light tint, true-ish color. Daytime screens, Zoom, office work.

Focus · orange
More blocked

A stronger filter for long sessions and the evening wind-down.

Night · red
100% blue + green

The strongest — for the last hour before bed and better sleep.

Block percentages are typical for these lens tints — confirm against LITEZ's own lab results before publishing exact numbers.

THE SCIENCE

Light at the wrong time wrecks your sleep.

Short-wavelength light — the blue and green your screens throw off — is fine in the morning. At night, it's a problem. Phones, laptops, overhead lights: even a little after dark tells your brain it's still daytime and suppresses melatonin, the hormone that runs your sleep. The LITEZ Night lens filters the 400–520nm range where that disruption lives. Wear it for the last hour before bed, and your screens stop fighting your circadian rhythm.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

From people who live on screens

★★★★★

“I'm on multiple screens 6 to 12 hours a day, and I'd still be wired when I should've been exhausted. Frequent headaches too, at least once or twice a week. Now I wear LITEZ daily. Each lens throughout the day, based on my mood and what I'm doing on screen. Game changer.”

“I use the yellow lens at night. Before LITEZ I was using cheap Amazon glasses for the eye strain and the blue from my phone. The yellow cuts the blue but still lets me see the colors. That's the one for me.”

BEFORE YOU ASK

Frequently Asked Questions

How are LITEZ different from traditional blue light glasses?

Most blue light glasses are built as a one-lens solution. LITEZ is built as a full-day lens system.

Instead of wearing the same lens from morning to night, LITEZ gives you different lens options for different parts of your day: lighter lenses for daytime screen work, stronger amber/orange lenses for deep work and evening use, and red lenses for nighttime wind-down.

The goal is simple: help reduce harsh screen light, ease eye strain, and support a better transition from work mode to rest mode.

What is the LITEZ Lens System?

The LITEZ Lens System is our 3-lens approach to screen-heavy days:

  • Day Lens — lighter yellow/clear lens for daytime screen use, work, and daily wear.
  • Focus Lens — orange lens for longer work sessions, heavier screen exposure, and evening use.
  • Night Lens — red lens for nighttime routines, dim lighting, and winding down before bed.

Each lens is designed for a different level of light filtering, so you can match your glasses to the time of day and how intense your screen exposure is.

Why do some LITEZ lenses have yellow, orange, or red tints?

Different lens colors filter light differently. Blue light sits in the shorter-wavelength range of the visible light spectrum. To reduce more of that light, lenses usually need a warmer tint.

That is why lighter daytime lenses may look yellow or clear, stronger evening lenses look orange, and nighttime lenses look red. The warmer the lens tint, the more aggressive the filtering effect generally becomes.

When should I wear each LITEZ lens?

Use the lenses based on your day:

  • Day Lens: daytime work, computer use, scrolling, and normal indoor screen exposure.
  • Focus Lens: long work blocks, afternoon deep work, or when your eyes start to feel tired from screens.
  • Night Lens: at night, when you're around bright indoor lights, TVs, phones, tablets, or laptops before bed.

The idea isn't to block all light all day. It's to use the right lens at the right time.

Can I wear LITEZ during the day?

Yes. The Day Lens is made for daytime screen use.

We don't recommend wearing the strongest red Night Lens all day, because your body still benefits from natural daytime light exposure. For daytime work, use the Day Lens or Focus Lens, and save the Night Lens for the evening and nighttime wind-down window.

How can LITEZ help with eye strain?

Long screen days can leave your eyes feeling tired, dry, blurry, or overstimulated. LITEZ helps reduce exposure to harsh artificial screen light, which may make screen time feel easier on your eyes — especially during long work sessions.

They're built for people who spend hours on laptops, phones, monitors, and under artificial lighting.

How can LITEZ support better sleep?

Bright screens and artificial light at night can make it harder for your body to shift out of work mode and into rest mode. The LITEZ Night Lens is designed to reduce more of the harsh short-wavelength light you're exposed to in the evening.

Wearing them at night may help your environment feel calmer, warmer, and less stimulating before bed.

What percentage of blue light do LITEZ lenses block?

Each LITEZ lens is designed for a different level of filtering. The Day Lens is lighter and easier to wear during normal daytime work. The Focus Lens provides stronger filtering for heavier screen exposure. The Night Lens provides the strongest filtering for evening and nighttime use.

Specific filtration percentages may vary by lens color and model — check the product page for the exact lens specs.

Are LITEZ prescription glasses?

LITEZ are currently offered as non-prescription blue light filtering glasses. Prescription options may be added in the future.

Are LITEZ readers?

Some LITEZ styles may be available in reader magnifications depending on the product option. Check the product page for available strengths.

What if I'm not sure which lens I need?

Start with the full LITEZ Lens System. If you work on screens all day, one pair usually isn't enough — your light exposure changes from morning to night, so your glasses should change with it.

Use Day during work hours, Focus for heavier screen blocks, and Night before bed.

Will the colored lenses feel weird at first?

Maybe for a few minutes. Yellow, orange, and red lenses change the way your screen and room look, but most people adjust quickly — especially once they feel how much softer the light feels. The stronger the lens, the warmer the world will look.

Can I wear LITEZ while driving?

Do not wear the Night Lens while driving or operating machinery. The red Night Lens is designed for evening wind-down use at home, not for driving. Use normal eyewear when driving, especially at night.

Can I use LITEZ as sunglasses?

Some LITEZ lenses may include UV protection and can be used outdoors depending on the model. Check the specific product page for UV and outdoor-use details.

Still deciding? Start with one $49 pair — the System is always there when you want all three.
