WHY LITEZ
7 Reasons Screen-Heavy Humans Switch to LITEZ

Your eyes are cooked by 5pm
You've just stopped noticing. Dry, heavy, that dull ache behind your eyes by mid-afternoon is screen fatigue. Nine hours of glare and blue light. LITEZ won't cure it. But cutting the harsh light is the one thing you can change today.

One lens for a 14-hour screen day? Not good enough
Your 9am Zoom and your midnight scroll are not the same light. Why fight both with the same lens? LITEZ runs three tints. Day for screens. Focus for the deep-work grind. Night for the last hour before bed.

Real tints. Not the $8 pair that does nothing
Those Amazon multipacks are clear lenses that block almost nothing. That's why everyone thinks blue-light glasses are a scam. The LITEZ Night lens blocks 100% of blue light. Hold it over your phone and watch the screen shift warm.

The 3pm wall, minus the headache
The Focus lens is the one you'll live in. Made for the afternoon stretch when your eyes ache and your tabs blur into mush. Take the edge off the light. Keep your focus sharp through the back half of the day.

Wired at midnight? It might be the light, not you
Bright light at night tells your brain it's still daytime. Phones, laptops, and kitchen LEDs all send the same signal. The Night lens cuts the harsh blue and glare out of your evening screens. Keep the scroll. Just change the light hitting your eyes.

Screen glasses inside. Sunglasses outside. Same pair
Every lens is UV400. The desk pair is also the drive pair, the walk pair, and the coffee-run pair. Built to actually wear. Atlas, the transparent squared aviator. Luna, the soft round classic in black or clear.

A Complete System: Three pairs: $99
The full 3-Lens System is $99 for Day, Focus, and Night. Premium brands charge that for one pair. Start with a single for $49 if you want. But the math only goes one way.
ONE FRAME, EVERY HOUR
Same frame. Different light.
Bright patio at 2pm, dark room at midnight. One frame handles both, you just swap the lens.
HOW LIGHT GETS IN
Why blue light gets further in
Blue light is high-energy visible light. It comes off your phone, your laptop, LED bulbs and the sun.
Not all of it is bad. Daylight blue sets your body clock in the morning. The problem is the other fourteen hours: screens at the desk, screens on the couch, screens in bed.
Because its wavelength is shorter, blue light travels deeper into the eye than green light, through the cornea and lens, all the way to the retina. Green stops earlier. That is why a long screen day is felt, not just seen.
Blue light will not blind you, and we will not pretend it will. It will cost you your afternoon and your first hour of sleep. LITEZ lenses filter it on the way in.
Notice how the bright parts of a page are harder to look at than the dark ones? Same light, same effect, all day long.

WHAT CHANGES
How blue-light protection actually helps
Nine to fourteen hours of screens a day is the problem. Three lenses, matched to the light you are sitting in, is the fix.
Glare from an unchanging screen tires the muscles that focus your eyes. The Day and Focus tints cut it.
Tired eyes turn into a tired head. Less strain through the afternoon, fewer end-of-day headaches.
The Night lens blocks 100% of blue light, independently lab tested. Day and Focus filter less so colors stay usable.
After sunset, blue and green light suppress melatonin. The Night lens keeps late screens from costing you sleep.
Screen glasses at the desk, real sunglasses on the walk. Same frame, no second pair to carry.
Filtering figures are typical for each lens tint and may vary by model and conditions. LITEZ is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
The right lens for the right time.

ONE FRAME, THREE LENSES
Built for people who live on screens
THE SCIENCE, HONESTLY
Less glare by day. Calmer light at night.
Glare is doing the damage you're feeling. Nine hours of unchanging output tires the muscles that focus your eyes, and blue light after dark tells your body it's still noon. Blue light won't blind you, and we won't pretend it will. It will cost you your afternoon and your first hour of sleep.

All-day screens flood your eyes with glare and blue light. The Day and Focus tints cut it, so your eyes aren't dry, heavy, and fried by 5pm.
After sunset, blue and green light suppress melatonin, the hormone that makes you sleepy. The Night lens blocks it, so late screens don't cost you sleep.
Light tint, true-ish color. Daytime screens, Zoom, office work.
A stronger filter for long sessions and the evening wind-down.
The strongest, for the last hour before bed and better sleep.
Filtering figures are typical for each lens tint and may vary by model and conditions. LITEZ is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
From people who live on screens
“I'm on multiple screens 6 to 12 hours a day, and I'd still be wired when I should've been exhausted. Frequent headaches too, at least once or twice a week. Now I wear LITEZ daily. Each lens throughout the day, based on my mood and what I'm doing on screen. Game changer.”
“I use the yellow lens at night. Before LITEZ I was using cheap Amazon glasses for the eye strain and the blue from my phone. The yellow cuts the blue but still lets me see the colors. That's the one for me.”
“By 3pm my eyes used to be toast. The Focus pair fixed it. Should've done this years ago.”
“I game till midnight then couldn't sleep. The Night lens knocks me out now. Same late nights, better sleep.”
“Figured it was a gimmick. Bought one to prove my wife wrong. Two weeks later my headaches are gone. She won't let it go.”

WHY I BUILT LITEZ
“These are the glasses I wear in every video.”
I'm on screens all day: ChatGPT, Claude, Slack, Zoom, editing. By evening my eyes were fried and my sleep was wrecked. The cheap blue blockers did nothing. So I built the pair I actually wanted: three real lenses for the three kinds of light in a screen-heavy day. The 3-Lens System is what I wear, morning to midnight.
BEFORE YOU ASK
Frequently Asked Questions
How are LITEZ different from traditional blue light glasses?
Most blue light glasses are built as a one-lens solution. LITEZ is built as a full-day lens system.
Instead of wearing the same lens from morning to night, LITEZ gives you different lens options for different parts of your day: lighter lenses for daytime screen work, stronger amber/orange lenses for deep work and evening use, and red lenses for nighttime wind-down.
The goal is simple: help reduce harsh screen light, ease eye strain, and support a better transition from work mode to rest mode.
What is the LITEZ Lens System?
The LITEZ Lens System is our 3-lens approach to screen-heavy days:
- Day Lens: lighter yellow/clear lens for daytime screen use, work, and daily wear.
- Focus Lens: orange lens for longer work sessions, heavier screen exposure, and evening use.
- Night Lens: red lens for nighttime routines, dim lighting, and winding down before bed.
Each lens is designed for a different level of light filtering, so you can match your glasses to the time of day and how intense your screen exposure is.
Why do some LITEZ lenses have yellow, orange, or red tints?
Different lens colors filter light differently. Blue light sits in the shorter-wavelength range of the visible light spectrum. To reduce more of that light, lenses usually need a warmer tint.
That is why lighter daytime lenses may look yellow or clear, stronger evening lenses look orange, and nighttime lenses look red. The warmer the lens tint, the more aggressive the filtering effect generally becomes.
When should I wear each LITEZ lens?
Use the lenses based on your day:
- Day Lens: daytime work, computer use, scrolling, and normal indoor screen exposure.
- Focus Lens: long work blocks, afternoon deep work, or when your eyes start to feel tired from screens.
- Night Lens: at night, when you're around bright indoor lights, TVs, phones, tablets, or laptops before bed.
The idea isn't to block all light all day. It's to use the right lens at the right time.
Can I wear LITEZ during the day?
Yes. The Day Lens is made for daytime screen use.
We don't recommend wearing the strongest red Night Lens all day, because your body still benefits from natural daytime light exposure. For daytime work, use the Day Lens or Focus Lens, and save the Night Lens for the evening and nighttime wind-down window.
How can LITEZ help with eye strain?
Long screen days can leave your eyes feeling tired, dry, blurry, or overstimulated. LITEZ helps reduce exposure to harsh artificial screen light, which may make screen time feel easier on your eyes, especially during long work sessions.
They're built for people who spend hours on laptops, phones, monitors, and under artificial lighting.
How can LITEZ support better sleep?
Bright screens and artificial light at night can make it harder for your body to shift out of work mode and into rest mode. The LITEZ Night Lens is designed to reduce more of the harsh short-wavelength light you're exposed to in the evening.
Wearing them at night may help your environment feel calmer, warmer, and less stimulating before bed.
What percentage of blue light do LITEZ lenses block?
Each LITEZ lens is designed for a different level of filtering. The Day Lens is lighter and easier to wear during normal daytime work. The Focus Lens provides stronger filtering for heavier screen exposure. The Night Lens provides the strongest filtering for evening and nighttime use.
Specific filtration percentages may vary by lens color and model. Check the product page for the exact lens specs.
Are LITEZ prescription glasses?
LITEZ are currently offered as non-prescription blue light filtering glasses. Prescription options may be added in the future.
Are LITEZ readers?
Some LITEZ styles may be available in reader magnifications depending on the product option. Check the product page for available strengths.
What if I'm not sure which lens I need?
Start with the full LITEZ Lens System. If you work on screens all day, one pair usually isn't enough. Your light exposure changes from morning to night, so your glasses should change with it.
Use Day during work hours, Focus for heavier screen blocks, and Night before bed.
Will the colored lenses feel weird at first?
Maybe for a few minutes. Yellow, orange, and red lenses change the way your screen and room look, but most people adjust quickly, especially once they feel how much softer the light feels. The stronger the lens, the warmer the world will look.
Can I wear LITEZ while driving?
Do not wear the Night Lens while driving or operating machinery. The red Night Lens is designed for evening wind-down use at home, not for driving. Use normal eyewear when driving, especially at night.
Can I use LITEZ as sunglasses?
Some LITEZ lenses may include UV protection and can be used outdoors depending on the model. Check the specific product page for UV and outdoor-use details.

“I edit video ten hours a day and tried the cheap Amazon ones. Total placebo. LITEZ actually cuts the glare, and switching to the red lens at night fixed my sleep. The first pair I'd actually pay for again.”
