Should You Wear Blue Light Glasses in the Morning?

Generally no, at least not the heavy amber ones. In the morning your body actually wants bright, blue-rich light to set your internal clock and help you wake up, so blocking it works against your sleep-wake rhythm. Strong blue-light blocking belongs in the evening, not the morning.

If you want screen comfort during a bright morning at the computer, a light, color-neutral lens is fine, it cuts glare without blocking much daylight. Just don't reach for the amber lens until the evening, and try to get some real morning light (ideally outdoors) to anchor your day.
