That's classic digital eye strain, and it's separate from how sharp your eyesight is. You can see perfectly and still get tired, achy, dry eyes, because the strain comes from how you use screens: focusing up close for hours, blinking less, and dealing with glare and brightness. Being 20/20 doesn't prevent that fatigue.
The fixes are behavioral: the 20-20-20 rule, matching brightness to the room, blinking, good screen distance, and breaks. If strain is constant or comes with headaches, it's still worth an eye exam, even good vision can hide an uncorrected focusing issue.
