Some, but not in the way that helps with screens. Regular sunglasses cut overall brightness and glare, and darker or amber tints do block more blue light. But standard gray or green sunglasses are not designed to target the specific blue wavelengths coming off your screen, and you cannot exactly wear them indoors at a monitor without everything going dark. They are made for outdoor sun, not indoor blue light.
If your goal is screen comfort or better sleep, a lens built to filter blue light indoors does the job sunglasses cannot: clear for daytime screens, amber for the evening. Sunglasses are for the sun; blue light lenses are for the screen.
