Not really, because polarization and blue-light filtering are two different jobs. Polarized lenses cut glare from reflective surfaces like water, roads, and car hoods by filtering horizontally reflected light. They do not specifically block the blue wavelengths coming off your screen. A lens can be both polarized and blue-light filtering, but polarization on its own does not do it.
Polarized lenses can also make some LCD and LED screens look dark or show rainbow patterns, which is the opposite of screen comfort. For screens and sleep, you want a lens designed to filter blue light indoors, clear by day and amber at night, not a polarized sunglass lens.
