A few specialty contact lenses include a blue-light filter, but most standard contacts do not, and even blue-light contacts only cover your cornea, not the whole eye area. They also cannot switch to amber for the evening. So while "blue light contacts" exist, they are a partial, always-on solution rather than a flexible one.
If you want real control, glasses are more practical: you can filter blue light indoors, switch to a clear or amber lens by time of day, and take them off when you do not need them. Plenty of people simply wear blue light glasses over their regular contacts.
