Indirectly. Blue light glasses don't magnify or sharpen text, so they won't make small print bigger or clearer. What they can do is cut glare and soften a too-bright display, which reduces squinting and makes a screen more comfortable to look at for long stretches.
If text genuinely looks blurry, that's a vision or settings issue, increase the font size, adjust the brightness, or see an eye professional about reading lenses. The glasses help comfort, not focus.
