A little. "Zoom fatigue" is mostly mental and social, hours of back-to-back video calls, constant self-view, and little downtime, which glasses can't fix. What they can help with is the eye-comfort side: cutting glare and softening bright screens over a long call day, and protecting your sleep if calls run late.
For the fatigue itself, the bigger levers are shorter or camera-off meetings, real breaks between calls, and looking away from the screen regularly.
