Not in the sense of a printed expiry date. The blue-light filtering itself doesn't wear off over time. What wears out is the lens, scratches, a degrading coating, or a loose frame, which usually means replacing them every one to three years with normal use.
You can stretch that out with a little care: clean them gently (rinse first, then a microfiber cloth, never your shirt), and store them in a case when you're not wearing them. Treated well, a quality pair lasts toward the longer end of that range.
