No. Blue light glasses filter light; they don't correct vision. If distant things look blurry, that's nearsightedness (myopia), which needs prescription lenses, contacts, or another vision-correction option, see an eye professional for that.
The good news is you can combine the two: blue-light filtering can be added to prescription lenses, so a single pair corrects your sight and filters blue light. But on their own, non-prescription blue light glasses won't sharpen blurry distance vision.
