Mostly no, and you usually don't need them to. Blue light glasses are designed to filter the high-energy blue light from screens and indoor lighting, not ultraviolet (UV) rays. Some lenses do add UV protection as a bonus, but it's a separate feature, so check the specs if that matters to you.
For everyday indoor and screen use, UV isn't a concern, your screens emit virtually none. UV exposure comes from the sun, which is what sunglasses are for: look for lenses rated UV400 or "100% UV protection" when you're outdoors. Keep blue light glasses for screens and evening sleep, and sunglasses for the sun.
