Not on their own. An anti-reflective (AR) coating reduces glare and reflections on the lens surface, which makes screens more comfortable to look at, but it does not filter blue light unless the lens also has a dedicated blue-light filter. Some premium AR coatings add a mild blue-light reflecting layer, but the effect is small.
AR and blue-light filtering are complementary, not the same thing. For real screen comfort you want both: an AR coating to cut glare, plus a genuine blue-light lens, clear by day and amber at night, to filter the wavelengths that affect strain and sleep.
