Rarely, and usually only for a short while. A low-quality or high-powered, heavily curved lens can create slight visual distortion that your eyes need a few days to adjust to, which some people feel as mild dizziness. Quality, optically clear lenses should not cause this at all.
If a new pair makes you feel off, give it a few days or check that the lenses are flat and distortion-free. If vertigo keeps happening or feels strong, stop wearing them and see a doctor. Dizziness has many causes, and glasses should not be one you simply ignore.
