Partly. Gaming eye strain comes mostly from long, unbroken focus, low blinking, and bright displays, so the biggest help is taking breaks (the 20-20-20 rule), matching brightness to the room, and blinking. A tinted lens adds glare comfort over long sessions.
For late-night gaming, an amber lens also protects your sleep, which is a real benefit for the all-night crowd. So blue light glasses help with the comfort-and-sleep side, but they won't replace breaks and a sensible setup.
