You can, but check with your surgeon first. Many people are light-sensitive and still on screens during LASIK recovery, so a comfort lens can ease glare and strain while your eyes settle. Just remember blue light glasses are not part of the healing itself, only screen comfort on top of it.
Your surgeon's instructions always come first, especially in the early days when your eyes are most sensitive. If they clear you for screens, a clear Day lens can make that time more comfortable. When in doubt, defer to your eye surgeon, not to a pair of glasses.
